As soon as I saw set # 60258 (Tuning Garage) I immediately thought of how cool it would look like as a gym. I recreated the set in Stud.io, but I had very little space to play with, so I doubled the front and side, leaving the back nice and open. I stuck with their color scheme and even adapted it to be a little more modern with the inclusion of white as the wall color for the inside.
Speaking of the inside (picture 2) I had quite some fun with it. In the top right corner were the entrance and reception, and behind that was the changing room (complete with lockers). To the left of that were a couple of treadmills and a stationary bike. Next to them was the boxing section, with a punching bag hanging from one of the main beams, and a large boxing court above it. Above that is a rest area (with a bench, water cooler, and pull-up bar) and a couple of bench presses. next to that is a mat for some yoga or lifting weights.
