This is my entry for the Brickset Bonsai competition. The main inspiration for this was the idea of using octopi for the branches, but I also wound up a frog, a dachshund, a musket, and several other less usual parts.
It was very fun to build, and I had lots of fun using techniques I hadn't tried before. Hopefully you like it!
