As I watched the funeral service for Queen Elizabeth II on Monday, I recalled the spectacular celebrations that were held this past June for the Platinum Jubilee. As part of the flypast after Trooping the Colour, a flight of RAF Typhoons spelled out “70” to honor Her Majesty’s seven decades of service to the United Kingdom, the Commonwealth, and the world. Now she rests in eternal peace, having led a life dedicated to God and her country.
