A large arrival, Molokoi Quarter, Jameston

Citizens of the Corlander colony of Jameston were treated to an unusual sight this month, with the arrival of several Molokoi Elephants and their mahouts from the old word. The decision to import elephants had been made over two years ago, but only now had the first elephants and their mahouts arrived from the Molokoi Empire. Colonial authorities hope the pachyderms will be able to be employed to heavy tasks such as land clearance and in factories such as lumber yards.
