Fractured Kingdoms: Farewell

Tyr ran back from the stand and the old birch tree to his aunt Nimue’s cottage. “Hey, Tyr, how did it go?”, she greeted him, already knowing what was to come.

“Great News! I got into the Royal Islorien Airmail Guild. Not sure what it is, but sounds interesting!”

“That’s wonderful, Tyr”, she said while giving him a warm hug.

“When do you leave?”

“I have to leave immediately, and my new master was pretty specific on the timing.”

“I figured”, Nimue replied, “My brother, your uncle, used to work with Master Lander, not very patient then, and it appears, neither now.”

She disappeared for a few seconds then reappeared with a traveling pack and a warm, dark green cloak. “Here”, she said, handing Tyr the pack,”I’ll tell Amilisë and Mithnir that you left once they get back from Kader. Trefasir will walk with you back to Master Lander.”

Tyr was glad that Trefasir, his youngest cousin, was walking back with him, but really sad that he wouldn’t get to say bye to Lisë, Mithnir too; although he wasn’t too close with him. Lisë was mostly oblivious and nonchalant about everything in the world except for food and for some odd reason, him.

“Hey Tyr!”, Trefasir hailed Tyr cheerfully as he came back from the vineyards, “Ready to go?”

Tyr shouldered his pack, said one last goodbye to his aunt, and then walked into the sunset, to a new dawn.

Here’s a freebuild for Fractured Kingdoms. I got inspired by John Snyder’s Kinslaying at Alqualondë Moc and the vineyards was inspired by a build by his brother Isaac.
