Fractured Kingdoms-Intro: Recruitment

Tyr had always wanted a life outside of the sprawling vineyards and strawberry fields of the Islorien town of Dor-Winion; today, he had his chance. He had lived with his aunt Nimue Linoriel and his cousins Amilisë, Mithnir, and Trefasir since his parents vanished during the war. Tyr walked down the road to the well, and spotted a green and white market stand beside the old birch tree. An older man lay beneath the tree, clad in a faded tunic with a wyvern head. The elf behind the stand wore standard military garb, and greated him. “Here for registration?” “Of course, anything to get me outta here!” “Sign here”, he said, handing him a navy blue quill. Tyr signed and handed the quill back. “All right, everything’s in order then.” He pointed to the older man, who stood up, and then clasped Tyr’s hand saying, “Welcome to the Royal Isloriel Airmail Guild! We’re glad you decided to join us!” Tyr had no clue what this airmail guild gig was, but it sounded like adventure.
