This has been under construction for years. With the start of quarantine I finally pulled it out of storage and got back to work on it, finishing it up in time for Disneyland's 65th anniversary. (Even though it resembles the Disneyworld version more.)
It can be removed from the light-up base and is surprisingly SWOOSHABLE, with a little care.
