Water Bending Practice

This is a scene from one of my favorite TV shows, Avatar the Last Airbender. It depicts Hama demonstrated to Katara how there is water inside all living beings, and you are able to bend water from within plants. Hama preforms this demonstration by sucking the water from a circle of fire lilies around her, and using this water as a blade to cut a rock in to pieces. Unfortunately, by bending the water out of the fire lilies Hama killed them, leaving a black scar of dead plants.
